Kia has launched the new-generation Seltos in India, with prices starting at ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This new model takes on popular midsize SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, VW Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Honda Elevate, Tata Sierra, Maruti Grand Vitara and Victoris.

The new Seltos is built on Kia’s K3 platform. It’s slightly bigger than the previous model and also gets the longest wheelbase in its segment, which means more cabin space and comfort.
On the outside, the SUV now looks bolder and more premium. It features a large Tiger Nose grille, sleek LED headlamps, vertical LED DRLs, new L-shaped tail-lamps, stylish ORVMs, and modern flush door handles.
Inside, the cabin feels tech-loaded and upmarket. The highlight is a massive 30-inch panoramic display with dual screens. You also get a new steering wheel and features like:

Under the hood, Kia offers three engine choices:
- 1.5-litre petrol — 113 BHP, 144 Nm
- 1.5-litre turbo-petrol — 158 BHP, 253 Nm
- 1.5-litre diesel — 114 BHP, 250 Nm
Gearbox options include manual, iMT, IVT, DCT, and automatic — so there’s something for every type of driver.
The new Seltos is available in 10 single-tone colour options, including two new shades: Morning Haze and Magma Red.
