MG Motor India has confirmed that it will launch the new MG Majestor SUV on February 12. The Majestor was first showcased at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo and is expected to sit above the MG Gloster in the company’s lineup.
In the Indian market, the MG Majestor will take on popular full-size SUVs like the Toyota Fortuner. It comes with a strong and muscular design, featuring a large octagonal grille at the front, stacked LED headlamps, and slim LED daytime running lights. At the rear, the SUV gets wraparound LED tail lamps joined by a full-width LED light bar, along with dual exhaust outlets that add to its sporty look.
Inside, the Majestor is expected to offer a fresh and modern cabin. It will come with a new dashboard design, a large touchscreen infotainment system, and a fully digital instrument cluster. The SUV will have three rows of seating and is likely to offer premium features such as ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS for enhanced safety.
Under the hood, the MG Majestor is expected to use a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It is also likely to be available in both 4×2 and 4×4 versions, making it suitable for both city driving and off-road use.

इंटीरियर की बात करें तो MG Majestor में नया और प्रीमियम डैशबोर्ड मिलने की उम्मीद है। इसमें बड़ा टचस्क्रीन इंफोटेनमेंट सिस्टम और डिजिटल इंस्ट्रूमेंट क्लस्टर दिया जाएगा। यह SUV तीन रो सीटों के साथ आएगी और इसमें वेंटिलेटेड फ्रंट सीट्स, पैनोरमिक सनरूफ, 360-डिग्री कैमरा और बेहतर सेफ्टी के लिए Level 2 ADAS जैसे फीचर्स मिल सकते हैं।
इंजन के तौर पर MG Majestor में 2.0-लीटर ट्विन-टर्बो डीज़ल इंजन मिलने की संभावना है, जिसे 8-स्पीड ऑटोमैटिक गियरबॉक्स के साथ जोड़ा जाएगा। कंपनी इसे 4×2 और 4×4 दोनों ऑप्शंस में पेश कर सकती है, जिससे यह शहर और ऑफ-रोड दोनों तरह की ड्राइविंग के लिए उपयुक्त होगी।
