Mahindra has once again teased its upcoming SUV, the XUV 7XO, ahead of its official launch. The company has confirmed that pre-bookings will open on December 15 at 12 noon, with a booking amount of ₹21,000. The SUV is scheduled to make its world premiere on January 5.
The XUV 7XO is basically an updated version of the current XUV700, but it is expected to get several new design and feature upgrades. Some of these updates are likely to be inspired by Mahindra’s recently launched XEV 9S electric SUV.
What the latest teaser reveals Mahindra XUV 7XO
The new teaser gives us a closer look at some fresh design details. The Mahindra XUV 7XO will get: Dual-pod projector headlamps, Dynamic turn indicators, Dual-tone alloy wheels, Blacked-out ORVMs (side mirrors), A new maroon exterior colour. Earlier teasers had already shown a new front grille, updated LED DRLs, and LED tail-lamps, which are similar to those seen on the XEV 9S.
Engine and gearbox options Mahindra XUV 7XO
Mahindra has confirmed that the 2026 Mahindra XUV 7XO will be offered with both petrol and diesel engines. Buyers will also have the choice between manual and automatic transmissions, giving customers more flexibility.
More details about variants and features are expected to be revealed once bookings open next week. Until then, Mahindra fans will have to wait a little longer for the full picture.
